# I have an urgent order. How do I proceed?

We no longer charge a separate rush fee. Standard production is already fast - 2-3 business days for most orders, up to 5 for large runs.

If your deadline is tighter than that:
1. Message us in chat before placing the order, with quantity, size, and the date you need them in hand.
2. We confirm if it fits your window.
3. You place the order; we move it to the front of the queue.

**Shipping:**
Our couriers (Sameday, FAN, DHL for EU/international) follow their own SLA - we can't speed up a parcel once it's out the door. If you need same-day pickup in Bucharest, choose **Office pickup** and send a private courier in the 11:00 - 16:00 window.
