Where do I find the invoice?

For Romania-based companies, the invoice goes through SPV (ANAF's e-invoice system) - that's the only fiscally valid document. We also send a PDF copy to the order email for your internal records.

If you didn't get the PDF in your inbox:

Check spam.
Check SPV.
Still missing - message us in chat with the order number and we'll resend.

For individuals and international customers, the PDF invoice in your inbox is the primary document.
