Reprint and refund policy

Short version: if the mistake is ours, you get a free reprint. Cash refunds happen only in exceptional cases.


We cover with a reprint when:

  • The sticker has visible production defects (lines, smudges, significantly drifted cuts).
  • Color differs materially from the proof you approved.
  • Delivered size or quantity doesn't match your order.


We don't cover:

  • Errors in the artwork you approved (typo, wrong link, miscalculated design size). Approving the proof transfers file responsibility to the customer.
  • Minor shade differences within the technical tolerances of the process (CMYK / 11-channel has limits we communicate upfront).
  • Post-delivery damage (handling, incorrect application, extreme exposure).


How to file:

  1. Message us in chat or email within 14 days of receiving the order.
  2. Attach 2-3 clear photos of the issue (close-up + context).
  3. Include the order number and a short description of the defect.
  4. We reply within one business day with the decision: reprint, adjustment, or, in exceptional cases, refund.


Cash refund - when yes:

Only if the reprint can no longer be useful (event deadline passed, brief was canceled) and the mistake is ours. That's a case-by-case conversation.


The policy is built so you don't lose time and money when we mess up. Everything else gets handled with a fast reprint - which, most of the time, is what you actually need.
