Reprint and refund policy
Short version: if the mistake is ours, you get a free reprint. Cash refunds happen only in exceptional cases. We cover with a reprint when: The sticker has visible production defects (lines, smudges, significantly drifted cuts). Color differs materially from the proof you approved. Delivered size or quantity doesn't match your order. We don't cover: Errors in the artwork you approved (typo, wrong link, miscalculated design size). Approving the proof transfers file responsib
