Brand color matching & Pantone - what we can and can't do
The real question behind "can you match Pantone X?" is: will my brand green look exactly like the brand book? The answer depends on the line you pick. ColorTrue™ - best match we offer: 11 dedicated ink channels, including green, red and orange printed direct (not built from a CMYK mix). For saturated palettes, specific brand colors, and shades regular print doesn't reach, ColorTrue™ lands meaningfully closer to the target Pantone than any 4-color CMYK print. Depends on the line you pick. We run three. ColorTrue™ - 86 µm polymeric vinyl, printed eco-solvent across 11 dedicated ink channels (green, red and orange printed direct, not mixed from CMYK). On top: a 76 µm UV laminate. Our premium line for chromatic fidelity. Die-Cut UV 150 µm - 150 µm polymeric vinyl, UV CMYK ink. Matte finish as standard, no extra lamination (UV ink seals as it cures). Thick, tactile material - you feel it the moment you pick it up. Depends on the line. ColorTrue™ - 76 µm UV laminate on top. Naturally semi-matte finish; protects both color and surface. It's not a separate pick - it's part of the build. Die-Cut UV 150 µm - matte as standard, no extra lamination (UV ink seals as it cures). Economy UV - standard UV finish, clean matte. For gloss: If you want a glossy finish, we offer gloss lamination as a separate option - for larger orders (if the material is available in stock). Stickers on a backing sheet. You peel and apply them just like an individual die-cut, with the difference that they ship together on a single sheet. Pick sheet when: You're handing out multiple stickers at once (welcome kits, event merch, starter packs for customers). You want several design variants on the same order (kiss-cut lets you do this within the sheet). You're optimizing per-sticker cost for small-to-medium runs. Stickers cut individually, each on its own paper backing. They can be regular shapes (circle, square, rectangle, rounded-corner rectangle) or cut on the artwork's contour exactly (irregular shapes). Pick die-cut when: You want each sticker to be a standalone unit (retail, sample, gift, premium brand collateral). You're handing them out one at a time. The artwork's shape is part of the identity (a logo cut on its outline, etc.). Available across all three lines - ColorTrue™, Die-Cut UFew readersWhat are transfer-tape stickers?
Stickers made of multiple vinyl pieces cut precisely on the artwork's contour, held together by a transparent transfer tape. The tape is a temporary carrier - you apply the sticker, then peel the tape away. Where it shines: Wall application (quotes, large logos, décor). Vehicle / auto personalization. Decorating large objects or fine-detail designs that would be impossible to align piece by piece. Worth knowing: Unlike a sheet sticker, transfer tape lets you apply all pieces in aFew readers
