ColorTrue™ vs Die-Cut UV vs Economy UV - how to choose

Three lines, three different jobs. Short guide:

ColorTrue™ - pick this when your brand owns a specific color that doesn't accept approximations. Brand greens, oranges, saturated reds, neon palettes. ColorTrue™ runs 11 dedicated ink channels (green, red and orange printed direct, not mixed from CMYK), on 86 µm polymeric vinyl with a 76 µm UV laminate on top. Our premium line - for when the difference between "a green" and your green matters.

Die-Cut UV 150 µm - pick this when you want a thick, premium-feel material but your palette isn't neon-saturated. 150 µm polymeric vinyl, matte as standard, UV CMYK ink. You feel the sticker the moment you pick it up. For brand collateral, retail merch, gear, packaging.

Economy UV - pick this when you need volume or accessible pricing without sacrificing the basics. Monomeric vinyl, UV CMYK ink, clean matte finish. For promo, event swag, mass distribution.

Quick calls:

  • Strict brand book with a critical color → ColorTrue™.
  • You want tactile impact + decent fidelity → Die-Cut UV 150 µm.
  • High volume, tight budget → Economy UV.
