Usually 24h from order completion (courier or Easybox). For EU deliveries, 2-3 business days.

To keep in mind:

• Shipping SLA starts after the order leaves production and is picked up by the courier - not from the moment you place the order.
• Production: 2-3 business days typically, up to 5 for large runs.
• The parcel has tracking; the AWB lands in your email and in your Shopify account.
