I have an urgent order. How do I proceed?

We no longer charge a separate rush fee. Standard production is already fast - 2-3 business days for most orders, up to 5 for large runs.

If your deadline is tighter than that:

Message us in chat before placing the order, with quantity, size, and the date you need them in hand.
We confirm if it fits your window.
You place the order; we move it to the front of the queue.

Shipping:

Our couriers (Sameday, FAN, DHL for EU/international) follow their own SLA - we can't speed up a parcel once it's out the door. If you need same-day pickup in Bucharest, choose Office pickup and send a private courier in the 11:00 - 16:00 window.
