I got the address wrong. Can I fix it after placing the order?

Yes - as long as the parcel hasn't shipped yet.


How:

Message us in chat or by email with the order number and the correct address. We check status; if it's still with us, we update the AWB.


Easybox exception:

If you picked Easybox delivery, we can't reroute the parcel to a different Easybox point once it's out. Workaround: we ship it by courier to the new address (or you arrange the pickup yourself from the original Easybox).
