Q: Reprint and refund policy

Short version: if the mistake is ours, you get a free reprint. Cash refunds happen only in exceptional cases. Q: Can I put multiple designs on a single order line?

Short answer: no. Each line in the order = one design. If you want 1000 stickers across 5 different designs, that's 5 separate lines (or 5 separate orders), 200 each. The configurator handles each design independently because production and cutting work that way - one cutline per file. The exception: color-only variants of the same design. If it's literally the same artwork with a color variation (the same logo on two background colors, or in three palette versions), don't add separate lines. Message us in chat with the file and the variants - we set it up so the print runs with the volume discount of the full quantity, not as several small separate runs. Q: What file format should print files be in?

We accept PDF, JPG, PNG, PSD. Vector preferred whenever you have it (PDF with text converted to outlines, or editable AI). Minimum specs: <ul> <li>Resolution: 300 dpi at the final sticker size.</li> <li>Color space: ideally CMYK. We'll convert if needed, but if your brand palette is sensitive, ship CMYK from the start.</li> <li>Bleed: 1 mm for die-cut and sheet.</li> <li>Fonts: outlined.</li> </ul> How to send: Straight into the site configurator. When will my order be ready?

Accepted Answer

Production takes 2 to 3 business days after you approve the proof. In practice we finish most orders in 1-2 business days.

How it goes:

You place the order - you approve the proof
Order enters production.
Production: 2-3 business days typically, up to 5 for large runs.
Courier - see the shipping article for delivery SLA.

If you have a hard deadline, message us in chat before you order. We no longer charge a separate rush fee - we ship fast by default - but for genuinely critical cases we make sure the order doesn't sit in queue.

Question 4

How to prep your file - bleed, safe area, colors

Accepted Answer

Recap for people who want to ship the file right the first time.

Bleed: 1 mm on the contour. Extend the color / artwork 1 mm past the cut line. That way nothing essential disappears if the cut drifts slightly.

Safe area: 2 mm inside. All important elements (text, logo, fine detail) sit at least 2 mm from the sticker's final edge.

Resolution: 300 dpi. At the final sticker size. 300 dpi on a 5 cm sticker is not the same as 300 dpi on a 30 cm sticker.

Color space:

CMYK ideal for Die-Cut UV and Economy UV (standard CMYK).
For ColorTrue™ you can send RGB or CMYK; we run the file through our 11-channel profile either way. If you have a target Pantone, put the code in the brief.

Fonts: converted to outlines. Kills any "missing font" surprise on our side.

Format: PDF preferred (vector where possible). We also accept JPG, PNG, PSD.

Cut line for complex shapes: Add a dedicated cut line in the PDF - separate layer or a spot color named "CutContour". That gives you full control over where the cut runs.

The configurator warns you if resolution is too low or bleed is missing. Check the warnings before placing the order.

Can you print on materials not listed on the site?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We carry a wider range than what's exposed directly in the configurator.

Fastest way to check:

Order the sample pack (5 RON) to see options in your hand.
Book a showroom visit for a more involved brief.

Common materials not yet in the menu for all the stickers: gold, chrome, special transparent, holographic, reflective foils. The list moves - ask anyway.
