Short version: if the mistake is ours, you get a free reprint. Cash refunds happen only in exceptional cases. Q: Brand color matching & Pantone - what we can and can't do

The real question behind "can you match Pantone X?" is: will my brand green look exactly like the brand book? The answer depends on the line you pick. ColorTrue™ - best match we offer: 11 dedicated ink channels, including green, red and orange printed direct (not built from a CMYK mix). For saturated palettes, specific brand colors, and shades regular print doesn't reach, ColorTrue™ lands meaningfully closer to the target Pantone than any 4-color CMYK print. The difference is visible to the naked eye - especially on greens, oranges and vibrant shades. What we don't guarantee: Certified 100% Pantone match, identical to an official swatch. That would require a Pantone-licensed flow (spot Pantone inks mixed per color), which isn't our model. We run process color with 11 channels - best approximation, no official Pantone paperwork. Die-Cut UV 150 µm and Economy UV: Standard CMYK. For neutral palettes and mid-saturation, results are very strong. For brand-critical colors (neon, saturated, brand-specific greens / oranges), they're not the line - that's where ColorTrue™ comes in. Can you print on materials not listed on the site?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We carry a wider range than what's exposed directly in the configurator.

Fastest way to check:

Order the sample pack (5 RON) to see options in your hand.
Book a showroom visit for a more involved brief.

Common materials not yet in the menu for all the stickers: gold, chrome, special transparent, holographic, reflective foils. The list moves - ask anyway.

I can't find the sticker variant I want in the site menu.

The configurator covers our three main lines (ColorTrue™, Die-Cut UV 150 µm, Economy UV) and the most-requested shapes. Anything beyond that we run on request.

Frequent off-menu variants:

Sticker sheets (kiss-cut) - multiple small stickers kiss-cut onto a single die-cut sheet.
Transfer-tape stickers - for precise application on walls, vehicles, large objects.
Gloss lamination - on top of UV materials, when you want a glossy finish instead of matte.
Gold or chrome sheet stickers - printed on metallic stocks.

Will neon colors print exactly like on screen?

Short answer: not identically. Useful answer: it depends a lot on the line.

What's actually happening: Screens are RGB, with a wider gamut than CMYK. Saturated greens, fluo oranges, deep reds and neon tones live on screen in a zone standard CMYK print doesn't reach.

ColorTrue™ gets closest to neon. It runs 11 dedicated ink channels - including green, red and orange printed direct (not mixed from CMYK). Visible result: saturated greens and oranges land meaningfully closer to screen.

Die-Cut UV 150 µm and Economy UV run on standard CMYK. For neutral or mid-saturation palettes, they're great. For strict neon, the limitation shows.

For neon tones impossible to reach through ink, we can print on specialty neon materials (the substrate carries the color, not the ink). Send us your palette in chat and we'll figure out the right route.
